Insurance

Spokane Therapist is currently taking Community health Plan of Washington.  We can also provide an invoice that reflects the necessary information for clients seeking reimbursement from other insurance carriers if they provide out-of-netowrk benefits.  We cannot predict or guarantee what amount of  your insurance will reimburse.  Please contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment to verify benefits.

Payment Methods

Payment for any service Spokane Therapist provides is due at the time of rendering services.  We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your session, for any reason, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours. If you fail to provide 24 hour advance notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Please note that health plans do not cover missed appointments and this will be your responsibility.

Sliding Fee Scale

Spokane Therapist offers a sliding fee scale for clients on a limited basis.
